3. Advertising, Commercialization, Sale and Sharing

Coffee Run may use information for advertising, marketing, attribution, analytics, audience measurement, commercial partnerships, and other business purposes as disclosed at collection and permitted by law. Depending on the technologies and partners actually used, certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or other consideration may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws even if no money changes hands.

Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, Coffee Run will provide the required privacy controls. We do not use contractual language as a substitute for legally required consent or opt-out rights.

We may create aggregated, statistical, anonymized, and/or de-identified information and use, disclose, license, commercialize, or otherwise make that information available for lawful business purposes. Where required by law, we will maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted for compliance purposes.

4. How We May Disclose Information

5. Sensitive Information and Precise Location

We treat precise geolocation with heightened care. Coffee Run does not sell or disclose identifiable precise location histories to data brokers or unrelated third parties. Any use or disclosure of sensitive information must comply with applicable notice, consent, purpose-limitation, opt-out, and limitation requirements. Where required, we will obtain affirmative consent before collecting or using precise location for a materially different purpose.
