What does a promoted listing actually look like?
Your shop appears in Featured Near You for coffee lovers close to you, carries a PROMOTED label, and gets a reward glow on its map pin. Higher plans get more placement weight, so you appear more often.
What is the Visit Reward bounty?
Part of your plan is set aside as a bounty budget. When a Coffee Run user visits your shop and verifies the visit with a live in-app camera check-in, Coffee Run pays them $1 out of that budget. You are never charged more than your plan.
Are sales or visits guaranteed?
No. Coffee Run does not guarantee visits, sales, revenue or repeat purchases. Every number on this page is illustrative.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Annual is 20% off and charged once per year. Your bounty budget is still released one month at a time, so it can never be spent all at once.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your merchant dashboard or the billing portal. Your promotion stays live until the end of the period you already paid for.
