Location Data Notice

Version 1.1 · Effective August 12, 2026

Coffee Run uses location to make nearby coffee discovery and location-based features work. If you grant location permission, Coffee Run may process your device's approximate or precise location to identify nearby businesses, calculate distance, power maps, support directional or compass-style features, personalize local rankings and recommendations, verify or support visit-related features, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve location-based functionality.

Your device controls whether Coffee Run receives location permission. You can change location permissions at any time in your device settings, although some features may stop working.

Coffee Run collects precise location only when reasonably necessary for a disclosed feature and avoids persistent background location unless a separately disclosed feature genuinely requires it. A new use of precise location that is materially different from the purpose disclosed when permission was obtained will trigger an updated notice and, where required, renewed affirmative consent.

Coffee Run does not treat acceptance of general Terms as blanket consent to sell identifiable precise location histories. Sensitive-location processing and disclosures remain subject to applicable privacy law and platform rules.
