Account and Data Deletion Policy

Coffee Run users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through in-app account settings, or through the public web deletion resource at coffeerunner.app/delete-account.

After a verified deletion request, Coffee Run will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account as required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions. Public User Content may be removed, de-identified, or disassociated from the account depending on the content type, legal obligations, and product architecture.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted for security and fraud prevention, transaction or accounting records, compliance with law, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, exercise or defense of legal claims, and disaster-recovery backups. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until overwritten according to ordinary backup cycles.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person requesting deletion controls the account or is otherwise authorized to make the request.

Deletion may be irreversible. Saved businesses, passport history, achievements, rankings, photos, comments, preferences, and other account-linked data may be permanently lost.
