Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy

Do not fake visits, reviews, ratings, votes, achievements, leaderboards, referrals, identities, or engagement. Do not coordinate campaigns intended to artificially raise or lower a business or user.

No harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, hateful attacks, impersonation, extortion, defamation, or publication of private information. Criticism and negative reviews are allowed when they comply with these rules and applicable law.

Do not use Coffee Run to facilitate crimes, trespass, dangerous conduct, malware, credential theft, fraud, scams, or attempts to defeat security controls.

Do not scrape, harvest, crawl, bulk-download, resell, mirror, or systematically extract Coffee Run data or user information without written permission, except where applicable law expressly prevents restriction.

Use the “…” menu on a photo, comment or profile to report content or an account, and block a member to hide their photos and comments from your view. Reports are confidential. You can unblock at any time in the app's settings.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, loss of achievements or ranking status, and referrals to appropriate authorities where legally warranted.

If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@coffeerunner.app with your username and what was removed. A human will review it.
