California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This California notice supplements the Privacy Policy and applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies to Dominic Andre Inc..

Depending on the Coffee Run features you use, we may collect identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity; geolocation data; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; professional information if voluntarily supplied; and inferences drawn from other information. Precise geolocation and account credentials may be treated as sensitive personal information.

Sources include you, your device, your interactions with Coffee Run, third-party authentication providers, app stores, service providers, data providers, public sources, and other users. Business and commercial purposes include providing and securing the Services, personalization, analytics, research, product development, advertising and marketing where permitted, fraud prevention, moderation, customer support, and legal compliance.

Coffee Run does not sell personal information for money. If we engage in activities that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” as defined by California law, we will disclose that here and provide a clear “Your Privacy Choices” mechanism and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.

Coffee Run does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by California law. Coffee Run is not directed to children under 13.

We maintain category-specific retention criteria appropriate to the purpose and sensitivity of the information and do not retain covered personal information longer than reasonably necessary and proportionate for disclosed purposes, subject to lawful exceptions.
