We aim to respond within 2 business days, and to review reported content within 24 hours.

In the app, tap the “…” menu on any photo or comment and choose Report, or open a member’s profile and choose Report or Block. Blocking immediately hides that member’s photos and comments from you.

If you cannot access the app, email support@coffeerunner.app with a description of the content and, if possible, a screenshot.

Our directory of independent coffee shops is human-reviewed and partly enriched with data from Google Places. If a shop has closed, moved, is a chain, or has wrong details, email support@coffeerunner.app with the shop name and city.
