Coffee Run Rewards Terms

Coffee Run Rewards is a limited-time promotional program. Rewards are available only while the promotional reward pool remains available and may be reduced, paused, changed, or ended at any time, with or without notice. Participation is not a purchase, wager, sweepstakes, or investment, and no purchase is necessary.

• First qualifying review of a coffee shop you have not reviewed before: $0.20.
• Qualifying return visit to a coffee shop you have already reviewed, on a later calendar day: $0.03.
• Qualifying referral of a new member who signs up and becomes qualified: $1.00.
• A qualifying submission must include a genuine photo you captured yourself at that location, a rating, and a written comment.
• At most one reward-earning submission per coffee shop per calendar day (America/Los_Angeles).

Every reward-earning submission is reviewed. Rewards begin as reserved amounts, and only approved rewards become payable. Coffee Run may deny a reward and reverse the reserved amount where a submission does not show the drink, reuses or copies an existing photo, is unrelated to the location, is spam or low quality, duplicates another reward for the same location and day, or shows signs of fraudulent or automated activity.

Deleting or removing a submission reverses any unpaid reward associated with it. Approved and paid rewards are not reclaimed except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Approved reward balances of $10.00 or more may be requested as a payout. Payouts are made manually to the Venmo handle you provide, in United States dollars, to United States residents aged 18 or older. You are responsible for providing an accurate payout handle and for any taxes on amounts you receive. Coffee Run may require identity or eligibility verification before paying.

Rewards have no cash value until approved and paid, are personal to you, are not transferable, and may not be sold, combined, or assigned.

The program is subject to an overall promotional pool. Once the pool is exhausted, new rewards stop accruing even where activity would otherwise qualify. Coffee Run may impose per-member, per-day, per-location, and per-referral limits, and may exclude members who violate these terms, the Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines.

You can post paid/qualifying submissions for up to 20 different coffee shops per day. When you reach that limit, you have to wait until the next day to upload more.

Creating multiple or fake accounts, submitting photos you did not take, reusing photos, spoofing location, automating submissions, coordinating referral rings, or otherwise gaming the program is prohibited and may result in denial of rewards, forfeiture of unpaid balances, and account termination.
