User-Generated Content Terms

  • You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it.
  • Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences or clearly disclosed opinions; do not submit paid, coordinated, fabricated, retaliatory, or manipulated reviews.
  • Do not upload another person's private information without lawful authority.
  • Do not upload illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, malicious, or dangerous content.
  • Coffee Run may moderate, label, limit distribution of, remove, preserve, or report content where appropriate.
  • Submitting content grants the license described in the Terms of Service.
  • Coffee Run may use automated and human systems to detect spam, fraud, manipulation, prohibited content, and policy violations.
  • Removal of content does not necessarily require deletion of internal records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups.
